Not a whole lot to report today, as I literally didn’t even put on socks or shoes. By that I mean we didn’t leave the house at all because we were prepping all day for Canadian Thanksgiving!!! I didn’t think I’d get to celebrate this year with a turkey dinner but Alex pulled out all the stops for our little friendsgiving.

We had the Great British Bake-Off playing all day long in the background as we cooked, providing endless entertainment regarding our own kitchen skills in comparison. Rob’s sister Erica flew in from NYC, so there were six of us, all in all.

There were naps, video-games, cocktails, British baking shows and lots and lots of coffee.

I am grateful that I got to spend my thanksgiving like this.
