Sav: Today we sadly met Kelly for our last bit of time together. We walked around Temple Bar in Dublin with some early morning hot coffees and found me some post cards. We people watched and chatted the morning away until it was time to catch our flight to DRUM ROLLLLLLL PLEASSSEEEE……….Munich!

We watched ‘Me Before You’ on the plane and intermittently giggled with excitement at the fact we were heading to Germany! Ahhh! our first big stop on the mainland!

Meaghan: Everything went surprisingly well today, no delays or rushing around at all. All the German people we’ve met so far have been very kind and offered us help before we could even ask! I’m not sure if this says more about the kindness of Germans or the blank looks on our faces as we tried to figure out the trains, but either way it was great. Max The German walked us all the way to the hostel and told us about the history of Oktoberfest, then suggested a game we should try and find tomorrow.

Sav: Now we are happily laying in bed after a long day of travel. Oh my GOSH are we ever excitedly looking forward to the fun tomorrow is definitely going to bring at Oktoberfest!
