Meag: We’re back in Dublin! We bused this morning from Donegal to Dublin. It sounds boring but I actually enjoy watching the fields, sheep and little towns fly by. We are staying at the same place we stayed before in Dublin, Abbey Court. This afternoon we walked around for a while and had delicious chowder at Klaw, then went to check out the Natural History Museum where we saw more of Savanna’s favourite, the Giant Irish Deer.

Savanna: I loved the Museum. I felt giddy but also so relaxed walking around the entire time. I couldn’t stop jumping from one exhibit to the next and seeing all of the animals displayed so simply was such a treat. Often they are overdone or unrealistic but seeing them in such a scientific way was extremely satisfying for me. I loved every minute! And yes I was quite enamored with my deer friend!!

After this we walked around a few shops in the area and came back to the hostel to relax.

M: Kelly arrived around dinner time and after we spent FOREVER (S: my fault…) walking around and deciding on a restaurant. We got very messy shawarma from a place called abra kebabra. And then of course gelato later on. It wasn’t a super long day because we’re both still tired from yesterday – me from the Mooathon and Savanna from the stress of being lost in the bathroom.

S: Exhausting stuff…

P.S. Although Savanna was not lost in a bathroom today, she did manage to lock herself in one.
